Equipment Leasing & Asset Based Lending

Our attorneys are skilled counselors to many of the largest equipment lessors and financial institutions throughout the country. We focus on areas of vendor relationships and agreements, creating programs and support documents, the purchase and sale of lease portfolios, and asset based loan origination.
